How do I place an order?

-Find the product you like and click "Add to Cart".

-Click the BAG icon in the upper right corner of the page to go to the shopping bag, and click "CHECK OUT" there. Then, fill in your information and click "PLACE ORDER".

How can I track my order?

After the order is sent, we will send you an email with shipping details, this will include a tracking number and a link which will tell you when you can expect to receive your shipment and will also give you information on the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order has not shipped, you can contact :morectechev@gmail.com contact us to cancel the order.

However, if your order has been shipped , please contact: morectechev@gmail.com, we will attempt to intercept the order for you.

If the interception fails, you will simply have to refuse the package without being responsible for shipping until it is signed for.

Can I change my order?

You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.

If you have already checked out, please contact and we will do our best to change your order before it ships.

My address was written incorrectly in the order confirmation or I want to schedule a delivery time - what can I do?

If your package has been shipped and you would like to change your address or schedule a delivery time, please contact us at morectechev@gmail.com and we will give you the contact number of a local logistics company and you will need to confirm the time and address with the dispatcher yourself.

 I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect or missing - what should I do?

Why has my order been cancelled ?

If an order is out of stock or there is a delivery problem due to address, we will first send you an email notification and if we do not hear from you after 3 days, we will cancel the order.

What payment methods are supported? Can I use other payment methods to pay?

How long will it take for me to receive a refund?

Once the refund has been confirmed with the customer, we will usually process your refund within 2-3 business days and it will reach your payment account the same day it is processed.

How do I use the discount code?

When you receive the discount code, just go to the checkout page and enter the discount code to see the discounted price, if the discount code is invalid, you can contact customer service.

Can multiple discount codes be applied to the same product at the same time (e.g. one discount code + automatic discount)?

No. You cannot. Only one discount can be applied at a time. During events and sales, the checkout system will automatically apply the maximum discount entered/available.
